Proceeds will help build a new Habitat home in Okanogan, in partnership with a family in need, organizers contend. This could be North Okanogan Habitat for Humanity's 13th home tour, and its 6th new house. The houses will be on view from ten am to four p.m. A salad luncheon will be served to ticket holders between eleven am and 1:30 p.m. Mike and Peggy McDaniels ' new home on Hubbard Road in riverbank was designed and built by their child, Joe McDaniel of McDaniel Construction, Omak. The tiled entryway leads into a roomy open-plan dining and living room featuring a vaulted ceiling and oak floors. Outside, a wide deck opens out onto a backyard that's surrounded by tall, windbreaker poplars. The kitchen features a giant central island and new appliances. Jackie Bradley's home, built by Dale Erickson of Omak, is perched on a hill overlooking Okanogan. A second-floor deck offers a view of an oval swimming pool.
