More clients who fright they have lost thousands after the unexpected closure of a Kingswood kitchen and lavatory company have come forward.
Mr Higgins, 45, set up the company in 2002 with his better half Kathryn, pictured, named as his fellow director and company secretary. Up till the beginning of this month, Mr Higgins was still taking deposits and money payments from clients for kitchen and bog appliances.
The apology offered no consolation to Sharon Sumerhayes who paid 1500 in money for a refrigerator fridge, washing machine and range cooker on Apr twenty-nine.
She revealed : "I have heard nothing from the company and I have been up to the showrooms many times. Every time I have been to the showroom there were other buyers on the lookout for Mr Higgins. An OAP from Hanham phoned the Post, concerned that his new kitchen will be finished after paying twelve the 2900 bill. He claimed : "We have stripped the kitchen, emptied all the cupboards and moved the refrigerator and cooker in readiness for the fitters. It looks like a similar story with Andrea Pate, of Mangotsfield, who handed over 5000 for a bog which she asserts hasn't been correctly ended. When the Evening Post called at Mr Higgins's home address in Emersons Green, his Jaguar automobile wasn't on the drive. Questioned if she'd a message for the company's shoppers, she announced : "I have zilch to contend.
